Our professional staff is used to dealing with people with the strictest confidence. Obviously, our staff will see the mail that they scan, but they deal with a great deal of mail each day and they do not retain or release any unnecessary information.

No problem at all. This is a common request. We require a one-time email confirmation from the account holder and, once we get it, we will scan, email and then shred your paper mail. Our professional staff will, of course, make an effort to pick out any logical exceptions to this, such as cheques, and will email you in such cases.

No. We scan loose pages only, as they must fit into our sheet feeder. When we receive a book or catalogue or other bound material, we scan the cover only and offer to forward at standard prices.
